Managing Up for Well-Being and Workplace Success
Workplace stress is often influenced by how we interact with our supervisors. In this session, your trainer explores “managing up” as a skill that supports clarity, mutual understanding, and psychological well-being at work. Participants will gain tools for improving communication, setting boundaries, and aligning expectations with supervisors, leading to reduced stress, stronger professional relationships, and greater confidence in the workplace.
