Whether you are new to Huskies Get Hired or looking for a refresher on the platform's capabilities, this training will demonstrate the tools available to successfully recruit top NIU talent and make the most of your employer experience on the platform to effectively recruit NIU students and alumni.

Join us to learn how to create and manage an employer account, post internships, full-time, part-time, or on-campus student employment opportunities, review candidate applications, and search for qualified talent. The session will also cover best practices for creating effective job postings, managing recruiting activities, communicating with applicants, and leveraging key platform features to maximize visibility and engagement with NIU students.

This workshop is not open to students.
