Busy Brain Parenting
Parenting has a lot of challenges, and parenting when a busy brain is involved can sometimes feel impossible. When we understand how differences in communication, sensory processing, learning, and big feelings can shape family life, it is easier to find ways to navigate everyday challenges, advocate for needs, and create connections building on the unique strengths of each family member. We’ll learn some practical strategies and what resources are available to help make busy brain parenting less challenging and more rewarding.
