2027 Orientation Leader Information Session

Are you a current NIU undergraduate student who enjoys connecting with others and wants to strengthen your leadership skills? Consider becoming an Orientation Leader and making a lasting impact on the newest members of the Huskie community.

Orientation Leaders play a vital role in welcoming new students to NIU and helping them build connections, discover campus resources, and feel a sense of belonging. Through facilitating small groups, leading activities, supporting orientation programs, and engaging with new students, OLs develop valuable communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Join us at an Information Session to learn more about the Orientation Leader experience, position responsibilities, benefits, and application process. We hope to see you there!
