Join author and illustrator Geo Rutherford for a library talk exploring the strange and sometimes unsettling side of water. Drawing from her book Spooky Lakes and the recently-released Spooky Rivers, she shares real stories of unusual lakes and rivers, from places that boil, vanish, or turn deadly without warning. Blending art, science, and a bit of dark curiosity, this presentation explores just how strange and unsettling water can be.
