NAMI Northwoods will offer NAMI Family-to-Family beginning Thursday, September 10, 2026. The free class will meet from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. for eight consecutive Thursdays through October 29.

Participants may attend in person at the NAMI Northwoods office, 1942 Grand Avenue, Suite 2, Wausau, or participate virtually.

NAMI Family-to-Family is an evidence-based educational program for family members, significant others, and friends of people living with mental health conditions. Taught by trained family members with lived experience, the class provides information, practical skills, and support to help participants communicate effectively, manage stress, navigate crises, understand treatment options, and support their loved ones with compassion.

The class is free, but advance registration is required. Participants should plan to attend all eight sessions.
