2026 UAB Diabetes Research Day

UAB Diabetes Research Day will bring together experts from across the UAB Comprehensive Diabetes Center (UCDC), UAB community, and Alabama to learn about the latest cutting-edge diabetes and metabolic disease research. Faculty, trainees, and students are invited to attend this lively day of learning and networking featuring keynote speakers Ralph A. DeFronzo, M.D., and Matt Might, Ph.D., oral presentations, and a research poster session. Lunch will be provided. Registration is free but required. Register by Nov. 7 to reserve your spot.
