Cohesive Teams

This in-person [MT419A] session, is based upon Patrick Lencioni's, the Five Dysfunctions of a Team Learning Curriculum. Attendees will understand the 5 Dysfunctions model and use a team of their choice as a comparative analysis. They will leave with at least one strategy to improve team performance.

What You'll Learn

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

1) Analyze Patrick Lencioni's Model of the 5 Team Dysfunctions.

2) Assess participants' team of choice against the model for any similarities.

3) Identify one leverage point to influence.

What to Expect
