In this workshop, you’ll explore the differences between transactional and transformational leadership. You’ll learn the four pillars of transformational leadership and apply them in realistic scenarios. Throughout the session, you’ll reflect on your own leadership approach and identify ways to strengthen the impact you have on the people you work with.

Recommended for those exploring leadership for the first time, preparing to take the next step, and currently in leadership positions.
