Inclusive Excellence Day

The 2026 Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing Inclusive Excellence Day, “Connecting Mission and Belonging,” brings faculty, staff, and students across Loyola, as well as practice and community partners and others interested in Loyola Nursing's Inclusive Excellence work, together to explore how our Jesuit mission can deepen belonging and advance inclusive excellence in nursing education. Participants will reflect on belonging, learn from diverse perspectives, strengthen connections, and identify meaningful actions to foster a more inclusive and connected community. The event will feature keynote speaker Dr. Rolanda Johnson, PhD, RN, FAAN, FADLN, Professor and Associate Dean for Culture and Connectedness and Assistant Dean for Academics at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing.
