Thriving in Difficult Conversations

Offered by the Office of Institutional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, the third of four sessions will help participants understand the psychology of talking about differences, why it's so hard to engage in, and that working towards READI is an ongoing journey. Please note, participants are highly encouraged to register for all four sessions as the content in READI 301 builds upon READI 101 and READI 201. This series is only available to LUC faculty and staff.
