Case Closed: A Business Law Mystery

Give groups a one-page fictionalized case file (e.g., a startup’s money disappears, a contract clause causes a dispute, or a firm’s exec faces an ethics issue). Include about 5-7 “clues,” then have each group decide a) what happened, b) who bears the legal or financial risk, c) what would they investigate or do next? Lastly, have everyone share “whodunnit” and reveal the actual answer to the case.
