New Leader Training

🌟 Become a Global DePaul Leader

Step into your leadership potential and get ready to make an impact! New Leader Training is designed to equip emerging student leaders with the skills, confidence, and tools needed to lead with purpose at DePaul and beyond.

We’re looking for student leaders who are eager to grow their networks, get involved, and take on more responsibility.

You will be trained in three leadership opportunities:

🔹 Event Leaders: Orient first-year graduate and undergraduate international students to student life at DePaul and Chicago by encouraging networking and exploring DePaul’s resources.

🔹 Peer Mentors: Offer student-to-student support by helping peers find DePaul resources and navigate their student experience.

🔹 Orientation Volunteers: Lead groups to explore campus and Chicago while supporting and connecting with students as they transition to DePaul University.

📅 Training Information

You must attend New Leader Training to become a Global DePaul Leader. After the requited welcome activity and Boundaries presentation, we’ll have a combined training session covering the information and expectations for all three leadership opportunities.
