Student Recital - Andrew Milburn

On Saturday, November 14, at 6:30 Andrew Milburn will perform a senior voice recital at the Strauss Performing Arts Center’s Recital Hall on the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s campus. Andrew will perform a variety of classical works. Marissa Mathia will appear as collaborative pianist.

Andrew Milburn (voice) is a student of Dr. Jennifer Townsley. Andrew’s previous collegiate instructors included Alisa Belflower, Dalan Guthrie, and Alexandria Plumb. In his junior year, Andrew was awarded the Ruetz Scholarship for voice at the UNO School of Music. During his time in Omaha, he has performed throughout the greater Omaha area as part of the Opera Omaha chorus, an Alumni performer for Omaha Performing Arts, and leading roles in the UNO Opera such as The Miller and Don Alfonso. Andrew most recently appeared with the UNO Concert Choir as a member and section leader in their Fall concert. Looking forward, Andrew hopes to pursue a Master’s degree.
