Engaged Teaching Design Lab

In this hands-on, working session, you’ll learn how community-engaged teaching can deepen student learning, strengthen UNO’s community partnerships, and help you meet your course objectives in a new way. We will explore evidence-based practices, learn the foundations of high-quality service learning and community engagement, and begin designing a community-engaged experience for one of your courses. Whether you're new to engaged teaching or looking to enhance an existing course, you'll leave with practical tools, personalized guidance, and a clear plan for moving forward.
