Iowa Culinary Institute's Fall Bistro

Iowa Culinary Institute's Bistro opens September 16 for the fall semester at DMACC in Ankeny.

Fall 2026 Bistro is open most Wednesdays through Fridays from September 16 to December 11. Daily hours are 11:15am to 12:45pm. Availability is subject to change. We are not open on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Reservations are required. Preference will be given to requests submitted via the online form.

We accept parties of up to 8 guests maximum.
