THROWBACK THURSDAY is a modern rock band that combines pop punk and emo anthems with reimagined pop songs for the ultimate crossover live music event. Think Taylor Swift with breakdowns in the same set as A Day To Remember. The result is a high energy event full of massive singalongs and completely original takes on your favorite songs.

TBT’s debut EP, Not A Phase, Vol. 1, was released March 27, 2026 and is available on all major streaming platforms. This release includes 4 of the band’s reinterpretations from pop’s biggest artists, including Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, and Katy Perry.
